People often think that if you want to get a good deal, you need to buy stuff made overseas. Our cabins are the proof that it is possible to get the best quality product made in New Zealand at a competitive cost. We believe it is important to support local suppliers.
If you rent a cabin from Urban Cabins you support a local family. You don't have to pay towards the costs and profit of a franchise or a campany with large overheads.
The environment is very important for us.
All Urban Cabins units are made in a 100% solar powered workshop. All our waste is selected and, where possible, recycled. We measure twice before we cut. For example this is all the offcuts from the framing of one of our cabins.
